Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SitEasy consultation booking website at siteasynow.com and participation in the Hem Healer LLC customer-care SMS program.

1. Business and Service

Hem Healer LLC provides the SitEasy consultation booking experience and helps coordinate appointments with participating independent providers.

Consultations are provided by independent, licensed providers. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a particular provider, appointment time, treatment, or result.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book through this service or participate in the SMS program.

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information. For SMS participation, you must own or be authorized to use the mobile number you provide.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

The consultation booking price and applicable payment details are displayed before checkout.

The consultation page currently advertises a $47 initial consultation booking. If we cannot match you with a participating provider near you, we will refund that booking payment in full, as stated on the consultation page.

For cancellation, rescheduling, or other refund requests, contact [email protected] or 863-302-8006. Any additional treatment or product charges must be separately disclosed and agreed to.

4. SMS Program Description

The Hem Healer LLC customer-care SMS program provides non-promotional messages relating to:

Consultation request acknowledgments.
Appointment scheduling and coordination.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Rescheduling and booking updates.
Responses to customer questions and support requests.

This SMS program does not enroll you in promotional or advertising messages.

5. SMS Consent

You join the SMS program by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website form.

The checkbox is not preselected. Consent is not required to purchase, submit the booking form, or receive a consultation.

Submitting a phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in the program.

6. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your consultation, booking activity, and customer-support interactions.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges are your responsibility. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

7. Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will receive no further messages through this program unless you provide a new opt-in.

To rejoin, complete the website’s SMS opt-in process again. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your consultation or booking.
